Paula brings her years in public relations, marketing, and professional recruiting to the dynamic world of real estate. Her years of writing, photography, ad design, event planning, contract negotiation, and working in a high pressure arena of executive-level recruitment provide skills utilized daily in real estate.  Paula worked for Bolivar’s two largest employers, Southwest Baptist University and Citizens Memorial Hospital, for a almost 20 years before being blessed with her biggest challenge: staying home with our two kiddos Francie and John.

Steve’s career path has taken him through the world banking and finance throughout the Midwest.  As a bank officer in Missouri, Nebraska, and Kansas, Steve sharpened his analytical and financial skills while he participated in thousands of real estate lending transactions encompassing the full realm of property--residential, agricultural, and commercial . The depth on his knowledge of banking and financing has proven to be a key to our success in helping our clients get their property bought and sold. 

In the spring of 2005, Steve faced a fork in the road of his professional career: stay in Kansas and take move into a position as a bank president or go home to Bolivar and try something new that would be potentially more personally and professionally fulfilling. 

We chose home.  And we’ve never looked back.

Bolivar welcomed us home with open arms as we jumped head first into this new career. We took on this new challenge the way we do everything--totally committed and together.
